How do I personalise my dashboard display?
You can personalise your dashboard (view mode, widgets) using the buttons on the steering wheel. For example, you can select a minimalist display.
How do I personalise my New Media Display and New Media Nav Live?
Create the home screen of your New Media Display and New Media Nav Live to suit you by personalising the 4 widgets. They give you direct access to your favourite features.  

Configure your widgets in a few quick steps:
  • On the main screen, press and hold on the widget icon that you want to change.
  • Find the new widget in the list and select it to create a shortcut on the main page.
  • Resize your widget icons if necessary.
  • Return to the home screen.
How do I know if an update is available?
An automatic notification system in the notification screen lets you know when a new version of New Media Display and New Media Nav Live is available.
How do I update my system?
Your New Media Display and New Media Nav Live update automatically as soon as you accept the prompted update. No need to connect to anything.
How do I update my HERE card with Media Nav Live?
Your HERE cards are updated wirelessly and automatically.
How do I change my multimedia system’s language?
Go to your Vehicle from the menu bar and select settings. Then tap on System followed by Language and choose your language.
Is my phone compatible with Android Auto™ or Apple CarPlay™ in my vehicle?

What should I do if I have a problem with my New Media Display and New Media Nav Live?

How do I activate my onboard services?
Your Dacia professional will take care of it for you! Your connected services are activated during your vehicle handover. For more information, contact Dacia Customer Support.
How do I use my connected services?
Some services can be used directly on your New Media Display and New Media Nav Live system. For others, you will need to download the My Dacia app. Download it on your Android or iOS smartphone and create your My Dacia account.

Tip: to use your services, make sure your vehicle is in a network coverage zone. 
How do I find out whether my connected services are activated?
To find out whether your connected services are activated: 
  • Log in to your My Dacia account.
  • If not done when your vehicle was delivered, synchronise your vehicle with your My Dacia account. 
  • Go to the Contracts page of your My Dacia app. The status of each of your services is listed.
 In the event of a malfunction, contact Dacia Customer Support.
How do I renew my connected services?
Renew your connected services using your smartphone in your My Dacia space. Renewal will also soon be available on your computer via the Dacia Connect Store tab.
How do I deactivate my connected services?
To temporarily deactivate your vehicle’s connected services, manage your confidentiality by deactivating data collection. 

You can do this as follows:
  • By refusing data collection in the window that is displayed when changing your profile.
  • By going to your Vehicle’s settings at any time by clicking on Network and Internet, and then Connectivity. You can then edit your selection.
Can I use a personal hotspot to use my connected services?
A personal hotspot lets you connect to the Internet by tethering to your smartphone’s mobile data.
You can also use apps downloaded from the App Store.
If I use my connected services, what data is shared with Dacia and HERE?
Dacia and HERE services need specific data, such as geolocation, to be able to function.

What should I do if one of my connected services is not working?
If your connected services are not working, first of all check that you have agreed to data sharing. Without this, your connected services will not be available.

To use My Dacia remote services, make sure you have correctly synchronised your My Dacia account with your vehicle.
If the problem persists, contact Dacia Customer Support.
How do I delete my data when I resell the vehicle?
When you resell your car, remember to delete your personal data. You simply need to reset your multimedia system from the administrator profile (1st  account created in the car) by following the steps below:
  • From Vehicle, go to Settings, then System and finally Reset option.
  • Click on Restore factory settings then Reset and restore the factory configuration.
 Remember to also delete your vehicle from your My Dacia account by following the instructions below:
  • Log in to your My Dacia account.
  • Select the vehicle in question from your virtual garage.
  • Click on Delete this vehicle.

Do I have to create a user profile?
You do not have to create a user profile. You can also log in as a guest, which lets you access most available services. However, you cannot use the My Dacia remote services if you do not have a linked account.
How many profiles can I create with my New Media Display and New Media Nav Live system?
You can create up to 5 user profiles in your New Media Display and New Media Nav Live system.
How do I personalise my profile?
Personalise your profile by associating it with your My Dacia accounts and download your favourite apps from the App Store.
Which elements can I personalise on my user profile?
Your New Media Display and New Media Nav Live profile linked to your My Dacia account gives you an even more personalised experience.
  • Navigation: save your navigation preferences and favourite destinations in your New Media and New Media Nav Live system.
  • Vehicle functions: save some of your favourite settings such as cabin temperature and favourite radio channels.
  • Infotainment: download your favourite apps from the App Store to create a driving experience that suits you.
Can I use the same My Dacia login for different profiles?
You can use the same Google login for different openR link multimedia system profiles. However, only the first profile created can register a My Dacia account.

Which smartphones are compatible with the My Dacia app?
To use your My Dacia app’s connected services, your device must have a version equivalent to or higher than:
  • Android 9.0 or later
  • iOS 14.0 or later
How do I add a vehicle to my My Dacia account?
Your dealer will help sync your My Dacia account to your vehicle on the day that it is delivered:
  • Launch the My Dacia app.
  • Click on the “Vehicle” icon in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.
  • Click on “Add a vehicle” at the bottom of the page
  • Enter your vehicle’s registration number or VIN to add it to your My Dacia space.
You can delete your vehicle from the list of added vehicles at any time.
How do I link a vehicle to my My Dacia account?
Your dealer will help sync your My Dacia account to your vehicle on the day that it is delivered:
  • Get into your Dacia.
  • Make sure that you have closed your My Dacia app. 
  • Your vehicle is added to and synchronised with your My Dacia account.
 N.B. Only one My Dacia account at a time can be connected with the vehicle.
Can I link several vehicles to my My Dacia space?
Yes, you can link several vehicles to the same My Dacia account. Your dealer will help sync your My Dacia account to your vehicle on the day that it is delivered. To do this: 
  • Get into your Dacia.
  • During your profile configuration steps, enter your My Dacia login (email and password). Make sure that you have closed your My Dacia app.
  • Your vehicle is added to and synchronised with your My Dacia account. 
 N.B. Only one My Dacia account at a time can be connected with the vehicle.  

Your dealer will help sync your My Dacia account to your vehicle on the day that it is delivered.
Can I link the same vehicle to several My Dacia accounts?
No, you cannot link the same vehicle to several My Dacia accounts.
