WHICH SMARTPHONES ARE COMPATIBLES WITH MEDIA NAV EVOLUTION?

Compatible smartphones:

Android: version 5.0 and above
Apple: iPhone 5 minimum with iOS 7.1 and above

Non-compatible smartphones:

Windows Phone or other OS not listed here.

HOW DO I USE ANDROID AUTO™ ON MY MEDIA NAV EVOLUTION SCREEN?

1. Download the Android Auto™ application on your smartphone.
2. Follow the instructions (and confirm the terms and conditions).
3. Activate 3G/4G data and geolocation on your smartphone.
4. When stopped, unlock your smartphone screen and connect a manufacturer-approved USB cable.
5. Your smartphone will then ask you to consult the Media Nav Evolution screen.
6. Press the "Android Auto" button on the bottom right of your Media Nav Evolution screen to open the menu.
7. Your smartphone will switch to standby mode once Android Auto™ is launched through Media Nav Evolution.
8. Android Auto™ is now available.

HOW DO I USE APPLE CARPLAY™ ON MY MEDIA NAV EVOLUTION SCREEN?

1. Connect a USB cable certified by Apple.
2. Activate 3G/4G data and geolocation on your iPhone.
3. The iPhone will automatically ask for permission to launch Apple CarPlay™ on Media Nav Evolution.
4. Press the "Apple CarPlay" button on the bottom right of your Media Nav Evolution screen to launch Apple CarPlay™.
